Through a unique partnership with Garth Brooks and his Touch'em All Foundation 100% of the funds raised by Smiles For Life will go directly to benefit needy children with an emphasis on health, education and inner city programs.

A whiter, brighter smile will brighten your life and give you a whole new outlook. Your local Crown Council dentist will provide the expertise to see that the whitening is done professionally and without cost.

The whitening products will be donated by Discus Dental. You make a charitable donation (amounting to less than the normal cost of whitening) directly to the Smiles For life Foundation to help sick and underprivileged children right here in our own community.

Major League baseball players will add to your donation and the total funds will be used for the benefit of children through the Garth Brooks Touch'em All Foundation.
